The Canon PowerShot SD870IS 8MP Digital Camera with 3.8x Wide Angle Optical Image Stabilized Zoom is a great camera that helps me take high quality pictures. Some of the best pictures I have taken are from this great camera. The picture quality is high and I can even make high quality prints of up to 16 by 22 thanks to its 8 mega-pixel CCD.
I love how the Canon PowerShot SD870IS has 17 different shooting modes.

Canon has hit a home run with the Canon PowerShot SD1000 7.1MP Digital Elph Camera with 3x Optical Zoom. I knew I just had to have it the moment I saw it come out. It is such a great digital camera with a chic style. It's sleek, clean and so flat. It slips right into my shirt pocket.
It's a Canon so it's got the quality I expect and it has all of the features that come standard on Canon PowerShot cameras. That means it's got a Print/Share button that allows you to print directly from the camera with the push of a button.
It's got a DIGIC III image processor that utilizes Canon red-eye and face detection technology that is the best in its class. It's focuses quickly so I don't have to slow down on my photo taking.
